Debbie Scott
Debbie joined KeystoneHR in February 2022, bringing a unique blend of experience across marketing, design, HR, and administration. Since joining the team, her role has grown and evolved — no two days are ever the same, which makes her work both dynamic and rewarding.
Debbie works closely with several of our clients who outsource their HR administration to KeystoneHR, supporting everything from recruitment and offer letters to contracts and absence reporting.
She also manages and supports our clients who use BreatheHR, guiding them through system setup, user training, and day-to-day queries. Debbie is our in-house BreatheHR guru, always ready to help clients get the most from their HR systems.
Outside of work, Debbie loves spending time with her family, staying active, and exploring new places — whether on holiday or out on long walks. A passionate sports fan, she follows golf, rugby union, football, and The Hundred cricket competition. Life is never dull at home either, thanks to her rescue pets, including two donkeys who keep things lively every day!

Susi Manns Associate HR Consultant
Susi joined KeystoneHR in December 2025 as an Associate HR Consultant, bringing over 16 years of experience gained within UK-wide and global companies across sectors such as software/fintech, law, manufacturing, hospitality, sales and the public sector.
Susi’s experience includes HR strategy and the full employee lifecycle, both operational and transformational. She excels in employee engagement and organisational design, change management and operational HR (practical and compliance), talent management, recruitment, coaching and mentoring. Additionally, she is well-versed in employment law, training design and delivery, leadership development as well as added-value HR solutions.
